Roasted Garlic, Parmesan and Butter Potatoes
-potatoes, I had the small red ones, sliced into 4 pieces each, leaves the skin on, I used about 1 lbs/0.5 kg of potatoes
-butter, 2-4 tablespoons, melted
-garlic, I used one cloveless garlic, roughly dice
-1-2 tablespoons Parmesan, freshly grated (it's a must to have at all times)
-tiny bit freshly grated pepper
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/ 360°F, mixed everything together, place on backing sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes or until it starts to look ready, this is for two as a side dish, or one if it's dinner, I serve it with a sour cream-leak-garlic mix.
Fruit Salad with Ham, Parmesan and Cherry Tomatoes

-Fresh salad, what ever type you like best, about 2 handfuls
-2-3 strawberries
-1 slice pineapple
-1 slice honey dew melon
-1 tablespoon Parmesan
-3-4 cherry tomatoes
-1 tablespoon Parmesan
-Ham (paper cut) or Carpaccio, about 5-8 slices
Mix, or arrange together however you want, I like balsamic vinegar or a little bit of olive oil on my salad, but it's pretty good on its own, also, I just used what I had in the fridge, I've done this salad as well with honey crisp apples, oranges, watermelon, grated carrots, bell peppers (red, I only use red, it's a thing...)
...and for desert, I had some tiramisu in the back of the fridge that I'm taking with me to work, with strawberry slices, and serves with water, I like drinking flavorful things with water, that way the drink doesn't alter the taste of the food, sometimes sparkling water with lemon, but mostly water, if I were have junk food, it would be Pepsi (sugar free) or Mountain Dew (it's evil).
Until next time
